| Job Duties: | Supervises and coordinate activities of Front Office operation and guest service staffs. Perform both supervisory and managerial function and personnel work, and may also engage in the same hospitality and personal service work as the staff he/she supervise. Responsible for management of the Guest Relations Officers, and Front Reception Desk. He/hse see to it that maximum guest satisfaction is achieved on guest services. He/she attends to various needs of guests including VIP. To perform other duties as assigned. |
