Job Title: F&B Service Managers
Job Duties: Work with Director of Food and Beverage in planning, organizing and directing the overall Food and Beverage Department operation in every aspect in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profits. Participate in hotel management with Director of Operations. Responsible for smooth operation of all food an beverage operations and activities. Develop and maintain highest levels of guest satisfaction, and service standards. Assist Director of F & B in planning, budgeting, controlling and develop sales strategies. Maximizing the smooth operation of all food and beverage operations and activities. Develop and maintain highest level of service standard. Sees to it that standard procedures, techniques are followed. Ensures that all reports needed are prepared and submitted accordingly, memos and company directives are properly relayed to associates. Assist in maintaining a strong client relationship and ensuring that all communications are executed by all hotel operating departments making for a successful dining or function experience. Assist in implementing and monitoring smooth operation of all restaurants, functions and bars to achieve a profitable result. Ensures that all requisitions, maintenance orders, breakage reports etc., are prepared ahead of time to ensure smooth flow of operation. Ensures that restaurants, storage rooms are clean order and in all areas functional for business. Supervises set-up of the outlets, supervises inventory of equipment on assigned schedule and implement equipment breakage control procedure. Directing all functions of the Department. Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Operation and General Manager.

Qualification Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent education degree level preferred. Required 2 years experience as manager on over all food and beverage operation. Knowledge in French dining service, wine sommelier and culinary as well as management operations such as budgeting, planning and organizing events and others. U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder preferred. Must be flexible and a Team Player.
