| Job Duties: | Job Description As a Full or Part Time Energy Solution Advisor, you will receive world-class training on the Micronesia Renewable Energy sales process and technologies, and have the opportunity to advance your career through Micronesia Renewable Energy Sales Training Program in our collaborative learning environment. Energy Solution Advisors are the first point of contact and educate potential customers about the many benefits of solar energy. In the words of CEO Tracy Voacolo “It’s a no brainer,” because customers can get cleaner, more affordable alternatives to their utility bills. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, answering their questions, and arranging customer consultations in their homes showing the customer how they can become part of the solution of cleaning our planet up while saving money on energy and have more of that income in their pocket and not the utilities pocket. Responsibilities • Speaking with customers about Micronesia Renewable Energy and our partner SUNNOVA’s clean energy solutions • Driving the creation of leads to meet personal and team sales goals • Collaborating with Outside Solar Sales Consultants to confirm in-home appointments • Setting up Micronesia Renewable Energy displays and collateral • Hosting and conducting seminars and events for 20 or more people • Working side-by-side with top sales producers and learning from them directly • Additional duties required as needed |

| Qualification Requirements: | Qualifications • 2 years prior experience in a quota-driven sales position • Prior experience generating customer leads • Proficient with Excel and MS Outlook (+CRM tool preferred) • Slightly obsessive about providing a great customer experience, in all the right ways • High energy, even higher integrity • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent customer service skills required • We welcome over-achievers, leaders, College students, and former military veterans • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment • Must be flexible working weekend, evening and holidays • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required • Min 18 years of age with a high school degree, recent college grads preferred • Must have a valid state driver’s license • Must have a clean driving record (example no DUI in last 5 years) • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving, and drug screen |
