| Job Duties: | Assists the F&B Operation Manager in planning, organizing, directing and maintaining the overall Bar operation of the outlet. Responsible for efficient preparation, mixing and serving quality alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage drinks according to standard recipe manual. Providing food and beverage service to all guests/costumers, ensuring maximum satisfaction and increased departmental revenue in a manner consistent with standards and in line with established operating policies and procedures.
