| Job Duties: | The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is responsible to achieve profitability and growth by successfully initiating execution with the Company Business Plan. The CMO will create and implement a 5-year strategic plan to drive profitability and revenue growth in line with the strategic plan. This leader manages and fosters collaboration across all employees to drive business growth and successfully execute to help drive the long-term strategic plan for the company. Responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of the domestic and international VIP Business. Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance to organizational goals. Reviews and approves advertising campaigns, marketing reports, vendor contracts and expenditures. Generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the company and reducing costs. Perform overall marketing strategy. Develop programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results. Leverage data and analytics to drive insights. Modify or redirect business intelligence strategy. Oversee and direct the efforts of the marketing team. Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth. Develop and measure key metrics around the business including user acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and renewal rates. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field. Possess have a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in the field of Marketing, with demonstrated senior management or general management experience. Possess 5 years or move in Casino Marketing experience. Direct experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred. Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. Must be able to work independently or with a team. Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Must be both analytical and creative, and knowledgeable in a variety of disciplines, such as production, information technology, legal and finance. |
