| Job Duties: | Reports to CEO. Responsible for overall project management of construction work for the large integrated resort of the company and achieve timely project delivery within budget. Implement professional project management methodologies and proper procedures during the entire process of projects so that the construction is compliant with all applicable standards, rules and regulations such as quality control standards, building & safety codes, environmental regulations, etc. Liaise with different external and internal parties, including contractors, design professionals, consultants, etc. as well as company’s management and operations team for project progress updates, potential risks and problems; able to solve project issues efficiently and effectively. Negotiate with contractors regarding contractual agreements, including contract price, work specifications, terms and conditions, etc. Set up and manage construction team as head of construction. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Degree in engineering/construction management or related disciplines. 20+ years of relevant experience in construction project management of high-end integrated resort, preferably with overseas construction experience. Sound knowledge in international rules and standards related to construction. Able to work in an international team environment, i.e. able to communicate with different contractors from China, US or other countries. Proactive and self-motivated, excellent work ethics. Excellent command of Chinese and English – written and spoken is a must. Stationed in project site, frequent travelling as required. |
