| Job Duties: | Coordinate marketing research and analysis projects with marketing, including the compilation of customer and market data in the preparation of carious financial and statistical reports. Evaluate customer segmentation models for growth opportunities in trips, customer win, customer acquisition by segment or game preference. Handle special needs of premium players. Contact and entertain potential gaming customers, promote and sell the attributes of the facility and area. Foster creations of customer development culture throughout the casino through strategic efforts and teamwork. Continuous email distribution of surveys and other duties as assigned. Develop training programs and assist departments with their service training programs. Identify trends and trouble spots that are keeping the company from developing loyal customers. Work with various departments to help implement procedures that aid in improving the guest experience. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Graduation from High School. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Work Experience: Must have a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years casino experience in a supervisory capacity. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate in Japanese and/or Korean are preferred. |
