| Job Duties: | Support immediate supervisor to mold and supervise the Premium Mass team and provide on-floor guidance to the team. Handle day-to-day operation and activities related to Premium Mass players to make sure the highest quality of service is being provided to them. Manage the new hire on-boarding process and foster career advancement by providing leadership, on-going training, coaching, performance reviews and regular feedback. Ensure good communication internally among the team and with other department to uphold efficiency and effectiveness as the team functions. Promote teamwork with Branch Offices in order to cultivate patronage and help recruit developed players from competitors. Keep track of room/in-house expense folios, transport and offsite entertainment arrangements. Assist with approval/exception requests from Branch Offices when needed. Monitor and enforce departmental SOP’s as necessary to make sure they are being followed. Meet and greet Premium Mass patrons upon their arrival and departure. Deal with immediate complaints and operation issues, escalate matter appropriately. Establish a professional and friendly relationship with Premium Mass players and contribute to guest satisfaction by displaying quality service and proactively anticipate guest needs. Have a full understanding of all products, facilities available, entertainment, upcoming events promotions, member benefits etc. and introduce to potential customers. Be accessible to customers and co-workers by responding to calls or other means of inquiry in a timely manner. Encourage open communication between the team and Table Games staff to help improve the accuracy of gaming ratings. Prepare daily operation and sales reports, logsheets, briefing material etc. Perform all job duties as required by management. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Graduation from High School. University degree holder is preferred. Work Experience: Must have a minimum of three (3) years working experience in customer service, with at least one (1) year supervisory experience in casino service or relevant experience in hospitality at supervisory level. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Adaptability to a fast evolving business environment and operating condition. Be able to problem solve under time constraint and adopt the resource available. Independent with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin/Korean (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate in Cantonese or other Asian dialects will be an advantage. |
