| Job Duties: | Performs repairs of buildings and equipments; Performs preventive maintenance procedures on mechanical equipments on a scheduled basis. Replaces broken windows; repairs doors, door locks, cabinets, closets, broken ceilings and roofs. Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment, maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures. Installs electrical wiring and equipment; wiring during remodeling projects; replaces and repairs wiring as needed. Repairs electrical equipment and control circuits; replaces faulty electrical switches. Perform other related duties as maybe assigned or required. |
