Job Title: RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Job Duties: Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Perform various financial activities, such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll. Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities. Estimate ingredients and supplies required to prepare a recipe.

Qualification Requirements: With excellent ability to supervise workers engaged in preparing and serving food. With good communication and working ethics, service oriented, reliable, dependable, and with a positive attitude. Qualified applicants must have at least three (3) years working experience on the job.At least 3 years experience in restaurant or food catering operation. Responsible for the supervision of whole food and beverage operation Provided excellent guest satisfaction and increased productivity standards by utilizing available resources. Scheduled and trained employees and ensured proper coverage. Checked restaurant on daily basis to ensure cleanliness, high quality food and food presentation. Supervised check or credit policies and procedures and cash handling. Made sure that side work duties were complete and tables were properly set before, during and after opening hours. Responsible for performing other related duties as assigned. at least high school or college undergraduate Previous HACCP training experience is a plus factor
