| Job Duties: | Moving (heavy) equipment, materials, objects and other necessary things from one location to another location within the construction site or from outside locations to the construction site or from the construction site to locations outside the construction site; Load and unload such (heavy) equipment, materials, objects and other necessary things, stack, package, sort out such, count and verify the moved goods; Ensure the moved (heavy) equipment, materials, objects and other necessary things are properly located; Ensure that the intactness of the moving object, be it equipment, material or other things; Cleaning the dirt, dust or other things in designated areas (i.e., windows, stair handrails, handrails, etc.) to facilitate site construction or installation or other jobs; Cleaning the surface of the floors, walls, etc to enable the subsequent jobs; Ensure the proper maintenance of the porting equipment or other cleaning equipment and fixtures; Coordinate with other trades to ensue the successful execution of the jobs of other trades; Repairs as necessary; Other roles or jobs as assigned by Superiors. |
