| Job Duties: | Directs and coordinates activities of a Restaurant to obtain optimum customer service and strong employee development. Should be able to run an efficient operation to maximize profits by performing the following duties hands on day to day or through subordinate supervisors, such as administrative responsibilities, performance reviews, and ensure product quality. In addition, able to achieve a budgeted sales and profitability goals through effective leadership of the restaurant management staff. Analyzes and monitors cost and revenue budgets on an on-going basis. Must be able to utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality of Service, and cleanliness. |

Must be able to handle split shift schedule. Must be able to work in the U.S. |
