| Job Duties: | Assist Service Manager with compiling information for the opening and settlement of Premium Program Manage complimentary allowances to patrons on player program Processes input data according to established accounting procedures, facilitating timely and accurate recordings. Communicates with casino personnel and junkets personnel to ensure account records are accurate and complete. Types correspondence, memos, file documents, copies and distributes to proper recipients. Reviews system documents for accuracy and completeness. Maintains supporting documentation for accounting records as deemed necessary per established audit standards Reconciles documents, files and prepares items for record retention as appropriate. Performs advanced accounting functions in regards to gaming and non-gaming revenue, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and taxes. Available for on demand requests from management team as needed Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure. Acts as a role model and always presents oneself as a credit of Best Sunshine and encourages other to do the same. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Maintains upbeat, positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor, positive energy and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Preparation of daily general ledger entries to record gaming revenue, commissions, loyalty club points and other related transactions are done in accordance with Commonwealth Casino Commission requirements, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and company’s Accounting Department reporting standards. Work closely with Finance department to ensure appropriate accounting of transactions. Other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or similar certification. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in an accounting or finance environment. Previous experience in Casino Accounting or Audit is a major advantage. Recognized accounting qualification eg. CPA is a plus. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong Excel and Word Skills including use of pivot table and advanced excel functions. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong organizational skills. Team player and have the ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization. Oracle financial application experience preferred. Corporate finance. Reporting research skills. Excellent time management and general math skills. Good mathematical and strong aptitude for accurate record keeping. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). |
