| Job Duties: | Oversee, lead, and nurture Cage, Count, Gaming Audit, Casino Accounting, Casino Credit and Collection teams Serve as a contact point between external parties (regulators, external auditors, etc.) and property’s finance teams Actively drive Casino Cage Operations, Count Operations, and Credit & Collection Operations to achieve operational effectiveness and efficiency. Monitor and ensure that the casino operational process and procedural controls are properly established and are in place among Credit & Collection Operations, Cage Operations, Casino VIP and Mass Marketing Operations, Table Games, and Slots Operations. Establish Casino Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the team’s guidance and reference in handling new activities, tasks and/or services impacting casino finance. Assist casino operational teams in creating and establishing casino standard operational procedures and internal control policies. Work closely with the casino operations teams including casino VIP Marketing, Mass Marketing, Table Games, Slots, Compliance, Legal, Surveillance, Security, and etc. in resolving casino operational issues from time to time or on a daily basis. Safeguard company’s assets, comply with local laws and internal policies, and provide the best level of services for both internal and external customers Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs / strategies and regulatory action. Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation. Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline. Serve as a role model and provide leadership, guidance and counseling to the finance teams. Ensure all table games, slot, cage, and rolling segment transactions are audited and reconciled daily. Actively participate in Internal Control Standards reviews, Exceptions Review Meeting, Gaming Committee, and other meetings as directed. Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the company’s fiscal function and performance. Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the company Continual improvement of the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting department budgets Develop and monitor policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, and increased revenues Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position Act as a role model and always present oneself as an asset to the company and encourage others to do the same. Perform all other duties in accordance with the company’s policies and within the realm of the company’s values. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Degree holder, with major in Accounting or Finance-related field, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable. Working Experience: Minimum 8 years working in a casino environment, at least holding a managerial role in the casino finance. Direct experience in Casino Finance role is highly preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge, skills, and work experience in Casino Cage Operations and Count Operations. Preferably having at least 8 years of managerial experience in handling cage and count operations. Familiarity with Casino Management Systems - Table Games and Slots. Knowledge of gaming operations – mass gaming and VIP marketing operations including premium player program and junket programs. Strong knowledge of casino accounting and auditing principles and practices. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the company and with staff at remote locations essential Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation Proficient computer skills including email, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) and Casino Operation Systems (Bally System, Infinium General Ledger, Cognos) Language Skills: Possess excellent command of both Chinese Mandarin and English languages in dealting with internal correspondence and writing up Internal Control Systems, policies and procedures |
