| Job Duties: | Manage daily operations while being open minded and willing to change processes in order to gain efficiency. Create short-term and intermediate-term workload forecast and schedule for assigned operation units. Identify and analyze data trends and gap analysis to improve the labor efficiency and accurately predict long-term and short-term staffing capacity needs. Ability to build fluent down-top/top-down communication with Manager. Ability to sustain strong partnership across Business, HR, Finance and Information Service partners. Effectively build Workforce Planning modules, rotation patterns, leave projections and drive labor efficiency through gap analysis. Customer service orientation. Ability to lead, influence and drive objectives through others. Ensure Virtual Roster and its environment is utilized efficiently. Direct and coach employees to align performance and behaviors. Provide immediate support per management needs. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree is preferred. Work Experience: Four (4) years of experience in Workforce Management in Gaming Industry. Experience in working in a sizeable property is highly desirable (200+ Gaming tables). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Experience in using reporting tools and deep expertise in Excel and Access, data integration skill preferred. Strong knowledge of Virtual Roster or Mizzisoft (Easy Roster) is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Gaming Operations is preferred. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents.
