| Job Duties: | The General Manager performs duties and responsibilities to manage, plan, direct, and coordinate daily business operation submitted to and approved by the President and/or Managing Directors. Direct and coordinates activities of organization to obtain efficiency and economy operation and maximized profits, direct major policies and program. Ability to train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Responsible for the supervision for whole food and beverage operation. Provide excellent guest satisfaction and increased productivity stands by utilizing available resources. Schedule and train employees and ensure proper coverage. Check restaurant on daily basis to ensure cleanliness, high quality good and food presentation. Make sure that side work duties were complete and tables were properly set before, during and after opening hours.Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Perform various financial activities, such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll. Supervise and participate in kitchen, terrace and dining area cleaning activities. Estimate ingredients and supplies required to prepare a recipe. |
