| Job Duties: | Assist in annual budget preparation and expenses management activities. Analyze expenditure and revenue and develop profit and loss statements accordingly for management. Ensure that staff follow standard operating procedures for operational efficiency. Conduct team meetings to discuss ongoing issues and recommendations. Educate staff policies and procedures of department safety and sanitation program based on department guidelines. Investigate accident and breakage within the department and recommend corrective actions. Establish and enforce standard for food and beverage quality. Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability. Analyze guest concern and recommend corrective actions. Provide outstanding customer services and ensure customer satisfaction. Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. Ensure that facility is maintained clean, safe and organized. Assist in inventory management and cost control activities while maintaining high quality. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in large, up-scale, high volume, multi-outlet hotel environment Degree or Diploma holder in Business Administration or Hospitality or relative disciplines. Ability to speak and write in Chinese, Japanese and/or Korean is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis Ability to manage several task simultaneously Ability to maintain high standard of services Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. |
