| Job Duties: | Support Pastry Chef in pastry production. The primary responsibility is to make all pastries in the café & pastry shop. All duties are to be performed in accordance with company policies, practices and procedures. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college courses in culinary arts in pastries. Employees in these occupations need anywhere from a few months to one year of working with experienced employees. A recognized apprenticeship program may be associated with these occupations. Experience in making American and European pastries. Have strong knowledge in baking and pastry arts. Working knowledge of bakery equipment to include, but not limited to a slicing machine, mixers. Have knowledge of food and hygiene regulations (HACCP). A team player and demonstrate organizational skills. Have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence. Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Flexible and willing to assist as needed to ensure all restaurant standards are met. Be able and willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekend and holidays. |
