| Job Duties: | Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings. Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Prepare various reports to management in timely manner. Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management. |
