| Job Duties: | Applicant must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor, maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well into the company's service and operational culture. Must be able to provide direction to the VIP Services department by creating and implementing training programs, activities and promotions. Duties include but are not limited to: Creation of performance and guest service standards, scheduling, development and discipline, creation of departmental budget, motivating VIP department staff in a professional manner and ensuring adherence to the procedures (as outlined in the rules and regulations of the department) as well as the company’s code of conduct. Assist in the creation of a system for VIP player accounts that records player information; Assist in the creation, implementation and monitoring of casino promotions, tournaments etc. Assist in the planning and coordination of VIP guest transportation requirements, gaming activities and any other special needs/requests. Assist in the creation of methods and programs to provide excellent guest service to casino VIP guests. Handles customer complaints, resolves disputes, grievances and conflicts relating to VIP guests. Acts as liaison between VIP guests and Gaming personnel when required. Explain and interpret rules of the house to guests. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent, with good communication skills. Work Experience: Minimum 3-4 years management experience, preferably in VIP/ Guest Services. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese (Written/Spoken) is an advantage. |
