Job Duties: oversee activities directly related to sell products or provide services. direct & coordinate activities of businesses concerned with the production, pricing, sales, services or distribution of products. prepare & review operational or services reports & schedule to ensure accuracy and efficiency. review financial statements, sales & activity reports and other statements. sales & activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity & goal achievement & to determine areas needing cost reduction & program improvement. analyse internal processes & recommend & implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations or services, such as supply changes or disposal of records. resolve customer complaints regarding sales & services. manage staff, preparing work schedules & assigning specific duties. direct and coordinate organizations financial & budget activities to fund operations. maximize investment & increase efficiency. establish & implement departmental polices, goals, objective & procedures,conferring w/board members. organization officials & staff members as necessary, plan administer & control budget for contracts, equipment & supplies. monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure & well-maintained. oversee the maintenance & repair machinery, equipment & electrical & mechanical systems. oversee construction & renovation projects to improve efficiency & to ensure the facilities meet environmental, health & security standards and comply with government regulations. determine staffing requirements and interview, hire and train new employees or oversee those personnel processes. plan and direct activities such as sales promotions and set prices and credit terms based on forecasts of customer demand. locate, select and procure merchandise for resale representing management in purchase negotiations. confer with potential customer regarding equipment needs and advise customer on types of equipment to purchase. monitor customers preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. communicate with parent company in japan.

Qualification Requirements: more than five (5) years of experience in both water plant and generator service management. knowledge in water treatment plant operator level 2 and distribution 1 and bachelors degree. must be license water distribution 1 and treatment 2 plant operator.
