| Job Duties: | Provides overall strategic marketing direction for all elements of casino marketing including promotions, players club, gift shop, and Premium Mass services. Creates and leads in the execution of the Casino Marketing strategy; builds sustaining relationships with Premium Mass patrons and champions brand value. Provides direction and guidance to various marketing departmental areas including casino, slots, entertainment, table games, etc. Creates, implements and measure the success of comprehensive communications and marketing programs that deliver on the key goals of the brand and makes a direct and measurable contribution to revenue and business growth. Plans, analyzes, evaluates and reports on all casino premium mass marketing programs and initiatives. Oversee and measures effectiveness of marketing initiatives; identifies short-term and long-term goals, measuring (ROI) for all marketing and entertainment programs. Manages agency and vendor relationships; aligns internal corporate resources for a cohesive plan and overall communications for all segments. Develops, maintains and leverages company databases for targeted email, social media and short message service (SMS) campaigns employing campaign management, customer profiling, message customization and predictive modeling. Leads cross-functional teams and drives decisions informed by data. Manages and coordinates players club, promotions, VIP services, and gift shop functional areas. Ensures customer development on the casino floor as well as outside solicitation of guests via personal contact and group affiliations. Builds a culture that motivates and rewards team members for their efforts toward acquiring new business. Directly responsible for revenue and profit targets, including the detailed analysis and reporting of gaming revenue and associated cost. Provides technical and organizational oversight for all promotional activities including developing offers and events; executes targeted outreach programs to retain and develop market share. Coordinates with the creative, players club, promotions and Premium Mass teams to develop creative design communications and collateral. Analyzes marketing programs and adjusts strategies and tactics to increase effectiveness to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Identifies compliance risks and takes the necessary actions to eliminate or minimize risk. Works as an agent for positive change to improve and streamline department operations through the continuous assessment of policies and procedures, employee performance expectations, work processes and program effectiveness and added value. Assures guest satisfaction while focusing on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the brand. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience. Work Experience: Ten (10) years experience in a leadership position. Five (5) high level marketing and/or operating experience in a casino resort. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents.
