| Job Title: | Vice President of Cage and Count |
| Job Duties: | Integral member of the planning and design team during the development stage of new casino projects, particularly in the operating of the Cage and Count function. This will include workflow planning, manning and ordering of necessary equipment. Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining procedures to enable the Cage to function effectively. Implement continuous improvement measures to adhere to enable efficient Cage operations and customer satisfaction. Ensure the integrity of all financial data produced by the Cage. Cage variances must be kept to a minimum. Actively participate in the roll out of casino programs, including ensuring that staff and guests are familiar with terms of such programs. Assist in tracking the performance of programs for post analysis evaluation. Assist in monitoring and facilitating the extension of credit. Ensure high service standards to all customers, especially VIP guests in terms of efficiency and accuracy during opening and settling of programs. Ensure Cage staff comply with AML requirements and company operating procedures. Train and develop staff to ensure succession planning is in place. Reviews departmental reports, to ensure accuracy, making revision as needed. Facilitates the flow of information throughout the property, by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled meetings with all employees under his/her management. Held accountable, to a very high degree, for the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental records and reports. Establish and develop operational functions consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the company. Directs and monitors the budget, operations of assigned departments and marketing strategies to produce both short term and long term profitability. Oversees staff consistency in demonstrating the company’s core standards and exceptional service values at all times. Directs Cage management to ensure proper staff coverage to support day to day operations. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Work Experience: Minimum of twelve (12) years experience within a Cage environment, with a minimum of five (5) years managerial experience in a casino Cage environment. Previous experience in VIP gaming programs is highly preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Experience in developing, managing and implementing the strategy for Cage Operation. Very strong leadership skills. Proven effectiveness at working directly with senior organizational leadership as well as front-line staff. Previous money handling experience with basic math skills required. Ability to effectively motivate, manage and develop a large staff. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, and work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Outstanding mathematical and analytical abilities to evaluate game profitability. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate in Chinese and Mandarin is an advantage. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. |
