| Job Title: | Workforce Planning and Labor Optimization Senior Manager |
| Job Duties: | Support and drive continuous enhancements to the Workforce Planning’s strategic vision, strategy, and business objectives. Manage business plan and hiring plans for assigned units, particularly Gaming Operations. Oversee the achievement of maximum productivity and efficiencies for operation and administration units. Identify and analyze data trends and gap analysis to improve the labor efficiency and accurately predict long term and short term staffing capacity needs. Knowledge of assigned department’s area of specialization to analyze, plan and draw conclusions for recommendation to superiors. Ability to sustain strong partnership across Business, HR, Finance and Information Service partners. Effectively build Workforce Planning modules, drive labor efficiency through gap analysis. Provide subject matters expertise in developing talents. Customer service orientation. Ability to lead, influence and drive objectives through others. Ensure Virtual Roster and its environment is utilized efficiently. Manages, educates, and responsible for development of subordinates to align employee performance and behaviors. Networks and build relationships with business leads. Provide immediate support per management needs. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree is preferred. Work Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience in Workforce Management in Gaming Industry and two (2) or more years of managerial position experiences in a sizable property (200+ Gaming Tables). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Experience in using reporting tools and deep expertise in Excel and Access, data integration skill preferred. Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate into a strategic Workforce plan. Strong knowledge of Virtual Roster or Mizzisoft (Easy Roster) is highly desirable. Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Written/Spoken), as well as ability to present. Report in a clear and compelling manner to various audiences (business leaders of organization). |
