| Job Duties: | Applicant must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company’s service and operational culture. Responsible for actively monitoring and providing guest services in their assigned area. This includes but is not limited to: assisting/processing jackpots, machine malfunctions, selling change, redeeming change, buys, checking, involvement in the monitoring and compliance of Title 31, and general guest service responsibilities (signing guests up for the Game Room Card, working in the club when it is closed etc.). Reports directly to and will perform all additional duties assigned by the Slot Shift Manager, Shift Supervisor and/or their representatives. Protect company assets. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school graduate or equivalent with good communication skills. Minimum 1 year experience in Casino’s and or Slot clubs. Responsible for actively monitoring and providing guest services. This includes but is not limited to: assisting/processing jackpots, machine malfunctions, selling change, redeeming change, buys, and general guest service responsibilities. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license. |
