Job Title: Director of Electronic Gaming Technical
Job Duties: Direct and supervise the maintenance and service of all gaming equipment, including electronic and electromechanical auxiliary peripherals associated with Slots and Table Games. Develop and maintain all Electronic Gaming Technical policy and procedures. Preparation of yearly budget forecast for casino parts and maintenance costs. Works with Casino Executive Team to project manage all casino upgrades, changes and extensions within the company. Advice on technical requirements needed for casino project works. Liaise with all internal departments to ensure projects are coordinated in a smooth professional matter. Building a team atmosphere where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Take initiative, sets goals and functions as a role model for other team members. Establish programs to teach and nurture Casino Technicians to an acceptable skill level and ensure growth by providing knowledge and experience as a leader. Establish open lines of communications so that employees always have a clear understanding of their job functions and the Casino Division policies. Set high standards for performance of employees within the Electronic Gaming Technical department. To be the interviewer for departmental hiring responsible for reviewing and selecting candidates. Evaluate Electronic Gaming Technical staff promotion, salary adjustment and appraisal. Control and provide systems for managing stock of, equipment, components, spare parts and consumables related to the department. Provide a documented inventory report at regular intervals showing routine preventative maintenance, component par levels and service requirements. Ensure Electronic gaming devices are set up to comply with government regulations and approval. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to the regulatory, departmental and company policies. Perform duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to the company and encourages others to do the same. Perform other job related duties.

Qualification Requirements: Education: High school graduate or above. Diploma in Management/Electrical & Electronic Engineering desired. Work Experience: Must have a track record of effective management and team building within a Slot Technical or Gaming field. Minimum of five (5) years Electronic Gaming Technical management experience is required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills. Must be able to teach these skills to their staff. Must possess a well-presented appearance. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. Must be able to lead and get along with co-workers as a team. Team building and problem-solving skills are required. Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Must have experience and sound understanding of Standard Business Applications, Casino Management systems, Inventory Management Systems and Project Management Systems. Adequate knowledge in AutoCAD application is desired. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate in Chinese is desired.
