Job Title: Human Resources Executive
Job Duties: Responsible for people matters which include recruitment and selection, employee engagement and relations. Provide prompt and reliable service while understanding both the business and operational needs Assist in smooth execution of HR processes preparation of reports. Act as a HR Partner and deal with business units for their daily HR related matters. Assist immediate superior in establishing and/or reviewing compensation plans to ensure equity for all new hires. Respond to enquiries by employees regarding HR policies, procedures and programs. Assist in Expatriate administration matter. Maintain employee database, keep proper filing and housekeeping of all HR documents and records. Work with different HR business partners in the coordination of department needs. Participate in any ad-hoc HR initiatives roll-out from time to time. Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: Diploma holder or equivalent qualification. Possess at least 1 year working experience in customer services field; previous experience in HR is an advantage. Proven ability to work remotely and independently. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese, Mandarin and/or other languages is highly preferred. Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to interact with internal and external customers effectively in a professional and friendly manner.
