| Job Duties: | Formulate systems and procedures for the operations of the Bar, Restaurant and Kitchen. Monitor activities of wait staffs, bartenders and kitchen staffs. Perform the duties of bartenders and wait staff as needed. Assist cook for the food preparation as needed. Ensure high standard of appearance, cleanliness and presentation of the Club. Maintain stock inventories and prepare orders of supplies. And other duties as assign. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have high school diploma, GED or equivalent plus three years to five years of work related experience as Food & Beverage Team Leader in a Hotel or Restaurant. Knowledge in English, Japanese and Chinese Language is a plus. Must have knowledge of Micros POS. Must be able to formulate systems and procedures for the operations of the Bar, Restaurant and kitchen. Must have knowledge of bar and restaurant service, supplies, maintaining stock inventories, and is familiar with Suppliers. Must be able to stand long hours and willing to work shifts, holidays and weekends. |
