| Job Duties: | Checks front office accounting records for accuracy and, on a daily basis, summarizes and compiles information for the hotel's financial records. Tracks room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics. Prepare summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day. Posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts including guest transactions not posted during the day by the front office cashier. Processes guest charge vouchers and credit card vouchers. Verify all account postings and balances made during the day by front desk clerks. Monitor the current status of coupon, Discount, and other promotional programs. Run End of day process / Night audit process on the Property management software |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred an AA degree in Accounting or Business Management, or equivalent. Related Experience & Requirements: Have at least one (1) or more years of work related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and training. Have some hotel front desk supervisory experience, experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks. Have intermediate computer literacy of word and spreadsheet software and record keeping and bookkeeping principles. Must be detail oriented, with accurate data entry skills; must have effective verbal and written communication skills. Be able and willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekend and holidays. |
