Job Duties: | Manage and control capital expenditures and operating expenses for projects at CNMI bulk fuel terminals to ensure established standards of efficiency, safety, costs and timeliness are met. Responsible to ensure that safety, health, environment and operational integrity initiatives are implemented in the terminal projects. Demonstrates commitment towards safety, health, environment and operational integrity and similar corporate guidelines and global practices through active participation in the construction managment, procurement, and operations process. Review plans and specifications, and project schedule. Conduct construction meetings. Submit weekly and monthly progress reports. Review contractor cost estimates and requests for progress payment. Respond to contractor request for information and clarification. Conduct acceptance. Participate in and be familiar with start-up and commissioning, and perform safety checks, IPO, JSA reviews and quality checks as necessary. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must have a degree in Engineering. Must have an extensive and successful experience in engineering design, engineering project management and construction management in civil or mechanical works. Must possess an understanding of Federal and Local regulations as they apply to engineering and construction. Professional Engineer registration and experience in petroleum, oil and distribution project works are highly desirable but not required. |
