| Job Duties: | Provides fiscal and business management advice and consultancy at the corporate level. Works in conjunction with senior management and Chief Financial Officer in preparing the company’s annual budget based on analyses of company’s past and present financial performance, economic trends, and annual financial strategic plan. Prepares short and long-term financial analyses of operations to determine cost/benefit implications for strategic plans and projected corporate action. Prepares and oversees the company’s accountants in preparing monthly, quarterly, annual and as-needed Income Statements outlining the company's income and expenses and in preparing as-needed, monthly, quarterly, and annual Balance Sheets detailing current assets, fixed assets, asset depreciation schedules, current liabilities, long-term liabilities. Prepares cash management reports, profit analysis reports, and other as-needed financial reports of gross profit margin, net profit margin, and overall cost efficiency and profitability of company’s operations. Prepares financial feasibility analyses for expansion into potential new market areas for the company, including preparation and analyses of the various cost factors, risk factors analysis, and profitability assessment. Prepares or oversees preparation of monthly and quarterly tax filings and coordinates with Chief Financial Officer in the preparation of the annual income tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries. Examines and evaluates financial systems and controls for the company and its subsidiaries and recommends modification to controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity. Uses accounting and fix asset software programs in performing job duties. |
