| Job Duties: | Maintaining of building such as replacement, repair and all other within the job category. Repair or replace defective equipment or building parts using hand tools and power tools. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines and equipment runs smoothly, building systems operate efficiently and preventing the buildings physical condition from deteriorating, use tools such as hammer, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronics testing devices. Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery and equipment. |
