| Job Duties: | Applicant must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company’s service and operational culture. Ensures exceptional level of personalized service to VIP guests through supervision of VIP Hosts and implementation of training programs, activities and promotions. Guiding, directing and motivating staff, including but not limited to monitoring performance and guest service standards; scheduling; training and motivating VIP staff in a professional manner and ensuring adherence to the procedures as outlined in the rules and regulations of the department as well as the code of conduct as set out by the Company's policy. Setting up and maintaining player accounts, recording player information and assisting with casino promotions, tournaments, etc. Coordinates VIP guest transportation requirements, gaming activities and any other special needs/requests. Handles customer complaints, resolves disputes, grievances and conflicts which relate to VIP guests. Acts as liaison between VIP guests and Gaming personnel/management when required. Explain and interpret rules of the house to guests. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school graduate or equivalent with good communication skills. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Casino’s and or Slot clubs. Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in VIP/Guest Services. Responsible for actively monitoring and providing VIP level service to VIP guests. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred. Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license. |
