| Job Duties: | Applicant must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company’s service and operational culture. Responsible for properly training security supervisors and officers to adequately protect assets of the company, employees and guests. Maintain high employee morale and good customer relations. Demonstrates and explains methods of detecting and apprehending suspects or undesirable persons that are disruptive to the operation. Develops plans and assists in employee training programs. Performs other duties as directed by the Director of Security. |

Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license. |
