Job Title: Slot Shift Manager
Job Duties: This applicant must be able to perform Slot Shift Manager duties such as regularly reviewing and evaluating slot services departmental performance, and working with the Director and Vice President of Slots in taking appropriate steps in resolving unsatisfactory results or conditions. Delegate the authority of all monetary transactions, and makes decisions on such matters as short pays/no pays and guests shortchanged. Verify and ensures payouts of large jackpots and fills are properly executed. Responsible for the accuracy of all time, attendance and variance records, as well as equitable scheduling of his/her shift. Maintain appropriate staffing levels in the department, by interviewing, selecting, training, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and terminating employees, as needed. Coordinate investigations into the resolution of variances to ensure compliance with property policies and employee integrity levels. Maintain current knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations, as well as the property’s internal controls. Promote departmental and propertywide promotions while developing guests’ play. Initiate and maintain communication with subordinates, employees, management, and other departments.

Qualification Requirements: The candidate is required to have be a high school graduate or equivalent with good communication skills. Must be 21 years of age or older. Minimum few months to one year’ experience as a Slot Supervisor. Full knowledge and understanding of all company and department rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff. Knowledge of casino games and operations. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License.
