| Job Title: | Slot Shift Supervisor |
| Job Duties: | Applicant must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company’s service and operational culture. Must be able to train and motivate slot personnel in a professional manner and ensure adherence to the procedures as outlined in the Department Operation Manual and the rules and regulations of the department as well as the code of conduct as set out by the Company's policy. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all transactions in Slot gaming area, and notify the Slot Shift Manager of any unusual activity. Responsible for the Slot Shift Manager with daily slot operations on a shift level. This includes but is not limited to: Team member development; staffing and scheduling; enforcement of all internal policies, procedures and regulations including Title 31 and all pertinent Gaming requirements as they apply to the Slot Department. Acts as the Slot Shift Manager in their absence. Protects company assets. Reports directly to and will perform all additional duties assigned by Slot Shift Manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of One (1) years’ experience as a Slot Supervisor. Demonstrate excellent service and communications skills. High school graduate or equivalent. Must be fluent in English. Preferably has the ability to communicate in Mandarin, Korean or Japanese is a plus but not required. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license. |
