| Job Duties: | This applicant must be able to assume all responsibilities of the gaming floor ensuring all policies and procedures and gaming regulations are adhered to and consistently followed. The candidate also ensures a maximum level of service and satisfaction throughout the table games department is achieved and maintained. Approves all opening and closing of games, holding overtime and calling in additional help as needed, due to volume of business and guest needs. Assumes responsibility for the general management of the casino floor on assigned shift, ensuring table games are efficiently operating in compliance with policies and procedures and the gaming regulations. Maintains security of all areas, makes onthescene operating decisions and grants approvals as needed, resolves problems and situations as they arise in the pit. Approves large credit, over limits, large check cashing, and hotel, dining and limo comps, may approve large pay outs, if necessary. Ensures compliance with gaming regulations, policies and procedures, gaming procedures and guest service standards, enforces adherence to all federal regulations. Reviews recommendations and makes final decisions, to hire, transfer, suspend, promote, discharge, evaluate, assign and discipline all table game employees in a fair and equitable manner. Greets and welcomes guests on the casino floor establishing rapport, and providing complimentary amenities based upon specific casino guidelines for levels of play. Monitors any big action, informs security of noteworthy, suspicious or unusual activities. Ensures all inventory supplies are maintained and ensures the security of distributing cards, dice, etc., is in accordance with gaming regulations. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Candidates must have a high school education or equivalent required. TwoFour (2-4) years at Gaming Floor Supervisor level or above is required. Experience in handling cash and foreign exchange currencies preferred. Must be knowledgeable of all casino games and rules. Demonstrated successful performance in a guest service role. Experience servicing large numbers of guests in a public environment. Must have solid decisionmaking, organization, and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal communication skills are required. The ability to thrive in a fastpaced multitasking, handson environment. Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationships with all individuals. |
