| Job Duties: | Responsible for overall control, management and accountability for employees’ monthly auto-pay salaries administration and approval. Monitor reporting issues for the social security funds, salary tax payment for the Corporate Office and the Group. Responsible for dealing with queries from the payment memo for all payroll related payments to the Finance Department. Prepare monthly reports for staff payroll and benefit costs, and turnover reports. Prepare staffing cost and head count budget for each financial year. Responsible for distribution of annual performance appraisal forms, recommend for salary increment and propose bonus calculation. Make recommendations on changes of provident fund and insurance schemes. Develop and maintain personnel record system in accordance with current legislations. Make recommendations on changes of employee benefits schemes. Manage the payroll system. Monitor compensation and benefits expenditure budgets. Plan, develop and evaluate compensation and benefits programs. Direct staff engaged in the compensation and benefits department’s programs; job evaluation, salary, benefits and incentive programs. Ensure services are in compliance with professional recordkeeping, reporting standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws. Assist VP of HR Operations and C&B in ad-hoc tasks and/or assignments as and when required. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field. Master’s Degree holder is a plus. Experience: Minimum Ten (10) years of experience in Compensation and Benefits with three (3) or more years in managerial role. Experience in Gaming Industry is a plus. |

Experience: Minimum Ten (10) years of experience in Compensation and Benefits with three (3) or more years in managerial role. Experience in Gaming Industry is a plus. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction Experience in implementing compensation and benefit programs for employees Knowledge of local labor legislations Experience in developing benefit packages and maintaining personnel records Knowledge of computerized information systems used in HR applications Excellent communication skills, mathematical aptitude and analytical skill Knowledge in SAP HRIS system Ability to work at utmost confidential setting Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Any additional language would be an advantage. Ability to read and write in Chinese preferred. |
