| Job Duties: | Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel. Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports. Make copies of correspondence and other printed material. Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. Maintain scheduling and event calendars. Coordinate conferences and meetings. Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters. Prepare and mail checks. Schedule and confirm appointments for supervisor, colleagues and external parties. Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material. Take dictation in shorthand or by machine, and transcribe information. Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet. Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations. Order and dispense supplies. Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications. Perform other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Graduated with an Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years of experience in Administration. Experience in the Gaming Industry is a plus. Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), PowerPoint. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken).
