Job Title: Officer of Staffing
Job Duties: Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment for Low to Mid-level hiring. Arrange for interviews. Sourcing/Screening profiles according to the job specifications. Source, screen and interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills for open positions. Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding/joining. Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets. Assist Director of staffing in ad-hoc Human Resources projects and task assignments as and when required. Writing and placing advertising for open position in publications; online and print. Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.

Qualification Requirements: Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in relevant field. Experience in Gaming Industry is a plus. Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. Must be able to work independently or with a team. Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Experience in recruitment and selection process. Knowledge of local labor legislations. Knowledge of computerized information systems used in HR applications. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge in SAP HRIS system is a plus • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Any additional language would be an advantage.
