| Job Title: | Officer of Employee Relations |
| Job Duties: | Assist to provide professional Employee Relations (ER) advice to employees to resolve complex and sensitive employment issues/queries in line with company’s procedures, conditions of service, and local employment law. Active involvement in investigations, preparation of written reports with clear conclusions and recommendations and presentation of cases. Coach and mentor employees to improve performance. Establish and develop an in-depth body of ER knowledge, employment law and best practice advice for HR staff, management and members – to include providing guidance and training on ER issues. Work closely with other HR team members to identify areas of concern for absenteeism and proactively suggest remedial ER counseling to address such issues. To suggest changes to established HR practice and the streamlining of procedures to allow for improved HR services and outcome-focused solutions for the organization. Assist Employee Relations Manager in ad-hoc tasks and/or assignments as and when required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area plus two (2) years of experience in Human Resources environment. Experience in the Gaming Industry is a plus. Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. Must be able to work independently or with a team. Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Experience in counseling employees. Well versed with employment ordinance and local labor legislations. Possess excellent interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence. Knowledge of computerized information systems used in HR applications. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Any additional language would be an advantage. |
