| Job Duties: | Making recommendations on changes to employee benefits schemes. Developing and implementing new benefit packages; Assist C&B Manager to manage the payroll system; Assist C&B Manager to negotiate better terms and coverage for various insurance plans, medical plans, and other tangible and intangible benefits of all employees. Evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation and benefit programs. Recommend classification of positions against a salary structure to ensure equity and equal employment opportunities for internal movement and external hires. Keep abreast with the latest development in terms of C&B to maintain competitive in job market. Developing and maintaining personnel record systems in accordance with current legislation. Assist Director of C&B in ad-hoc tasks assignments as and when required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business administration Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of experience in HR Compensation and Benefit experience. Experience in Gaming Industry is a plus. Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. Must be able to work independently or with a team. Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Experience in market bench marketing in terms of compensation and benefits. Sensitive and meticulous with numbers. Able to deal with sensitive information and keep it discretely. Knowledge of local labor legislations. Knowledge of computerized information systems used in HR applications. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge in SAP HRIS system is a plus. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Any additional language would be an advantage. |
