Job Title: Director of Staffing
Job Duties: Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers inclusive of advising managers on best practice recruitment and selection. Write job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs will be advertised inclusive of designing or revising application forms and developing online processes. Prepare other recruitment material depending on the type of organization, for example, brochures and further particulars. Develop creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff. Screen application forms and shortlist applicants. Devise, run and evaluate selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities. Keep up to date with current employment legislation and ensuring that line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes. Implement all Human Resources and Administration policies and procedures to ensure that the Company complies with legal requirement and operates effectively. Identify recruitment and oversee administrative arrangements and system relating to recruitment and selection processes. Assist in defining and implementing the competency models and standard of the Organization. Control the annual budget for all central support services and monitor the performance of all central services to ensure that a high service standard is maintained. Negotiate contracts and agreements as necessary for the effective management. Assist VP of HR Operations and C&B in ad-hoc tasks and/or assignments as and when required. Manage the advertising and recruitment budget, as well as relationship management with external parties. Plan and guide development and implementation of recruitment strategy and initiatives to meet organizational objectives. Direct the selection, training and development of recruitment staff.

Qualification Requirements: Education: Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree holder is preferred. Experience in the Gaming Industry is a plus. Work Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of hands on HR experience of which five (5) years is in a managerial position. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction Well versed with employment ordinance and local labor legislations Possess excellent interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence. Knowledge of computerized information systems used in HR applications. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to read and write in Chinese is preferred.
