Job Title: Manager of Compensation & Benefits
Job Duties: Responsible for overall control, management and accountability for Company’s employees’ monthly auto-pay salaries administration and approval. Monitor the reporting issues for the social security funds, salary tax payment for the Company. Responsible to deal with the queries from the payment memo for all payroll related payment to Finance Department. Review procedures and evaluate practices to improve service and accuracy. Maintain current knowledge of rules, regulations, legislation, technology, and procedures governing payroll and retirement. Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements. Liaise with all line managers for all payroll related issues. Prepare the monthly report for the staff payroll and benefit cost, and turnover report for Management’s review. Prepare budget staff cost and head count budget for each financial year for Corporate Office. Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, and employee relations. Responsible for the distribution of annual performance appraisal forms, the recommendation for the salary increment and proposed bonus calculation. Make recommendations on changes to provident fund and insurance schemes; Develop and maintain personnel record systems in accordance with current legislation. Assist Director of C&B in ad-hoc tasks assignments as and when required

Qualification Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related field. Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of experience in human resources; demonstrated proficiency in benefits and compensation administration. Experience in Gaming Industry is a plus. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction Experience in market bench marketing in terms of compensation and benefits Sensitive and meticulous with numbers Able to deal with sensitive information and keep it discretely Knowledge of local labor legislations Knowledge of computerized information systems used in HR applications Excellent communication skills Knowledge in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is a plus Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Any additional language would be an advantage.
