| Job Duties: | Plan, organize and executes company-wide recruitment strategies and manage their execution. Assist in formulating and executing company-wide Human Resources policies and procedures with a particular on recruitment and imported labor. Manage production of company-wide Organization Charts and Job Descriptions, and recommend changes and improvement in organization structures where necessary. Manage staff costs against the approved budget and analyze monthly and annual staff reports. Plan and perform internal audits to Property Human Resources departments to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures as well as CNMI’s Labor Law. Monitor changes of legislations in CNMI and recommend necessary actions where appropriate. Ensure legal compliance on imported labor policies and practices under the prevailing CNMI Labor Legislation. Manage company-wide labor management strategies and execution. Monitor the utilization of imported labor quota and manage the renewal and maintenance of quota. Partner with departmental heads as strategic business partner and provision of trusted adviser on issues relating to Human Resources. Assist Director of Staffing in ad-hoc Human Resources projects and task assignments as and when required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Work Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of experience in recruitment. Experience in the Gaming Industry is a plus. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction Experience in recruitment and selection process. Knowledge of local labor legislations Experience in designing recruitment programs and interviews techniques. Knowledge of computerized information systems used in HR applications Excellent communication skills and analytical skill Knowledge in SAP HRIS system Ability to maintain effective working relationships Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Any additional language would be an advantage. |
