Job Duties: Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service. Cuts, trims and bones meats and poultry for cooking. Prepare variety of foods such as meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables and cold food items. Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes for allocated station. Cover, date and correctly store all bits and pieces and food prep items. Use food preparation tools in accordance with manufactures instructions. Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times. Check in advance all inventory stocks & supplies of likely shortages and request for purchases. Keep the work and storage area tidy and all products stored appropriately. Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices. Plan, develop and cook new recipes applying knowledge and experience in food preparation.

Qualification Requirements: Must have experience as Cook, and highly skilled in preparing sauces and seasoning for barbecue of fish, pork, chicken, liver, intestines, seafood & others. Excellent ability to adopt to different work environment and solving problems. Committed to quality service. Ability to speak & understand Japanese, Korean or Chinese dialect. Drug test, police clearance and Food Handlers Certificate is required.
