| Job Duties: | Plan, direct, or coordinate the Tour operations and the actual delivery of service to the customer. Formulate and review operations policies, manage daily operations and plan the schedules of staff and use of company resources Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales assignments, quotas, and goals and establish continuing training programs for Tour Sales Agents. Analyze tour sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and monitor the preferences of customers. Manage all staff in the department, to ensure the highest standard of performance from the team. Organize, plan and conduct all kinds of travel, and tours for groups and individuals by working closely with other department managers. Ensure all travel arrangements run according to plan and that accommodation, meals and service are satisfactory; ensure that the tour is running smoothly for individual members of the group; make and coach Operation Coordinators designing flexible tour packages to meet the needs of different clients. Develop a close working relationship with all departments, colleagues and managers to ensure guest expectations are met, also sale targets are met by communicating all requests to the relevant departments concerned. Maintain effective working relationships with visitors, identify their needs and ensure their repeat business. Assist in drafting and executing communication plans for staff. Provide advice on Tourist expectations and travel and tour trends. Work closely with President & other Department managers to maximize occupancy of rooms and meetings, rates, yield and average spends by implementing appropriate training and communication systems, also to evaluate sales performance and product on a regular basis in order to recognize challenges for the future. Actively seek all sales and revenue opportunities both internal and external to increase the profile of company. Responsible for creating required reports and maintaining records. Operation Coordinator management, including but not limit to :attendance, company policy & procedure compliance, service & performance training, etc. Provide training and development for employees in operations, sales techniques, company policy and procedures, and revenue management, etc. Ensure knowledge of product, client relationships and services is maintained and communicated to all relevant personnel. Perform other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | At least 1-2 years of progressive management experience in tour and travel operations is required. Written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese preferred, must be able to communicate with Chinese vendors and suppliers. Must be willing to work evenings, holidays, and weekends. Strong management and leadership skills together with excellent communication, influencing, negotiating and engagement skills. Experience in drafting reports preparing business cases and compiling and adjusting duty rosters to meet shortfalls in staffing levels. Basic IT skills with a strong working knowledge of the range of MS Office packages. Good interpersonal skills and result oriented. |
