| Job Duties: | Develop a system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures Comply and analyze financial information to prepare entries to book of accounts such as general ledger, accounts documenting business transaction. Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Comply with federal, state and local requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions. Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Prepare annual and five-year budget and assumptions. Prepare annual financial audits. Participate in research, planning, and evaluation and assessment of financial aspects of the company and reporting, as well as other accreditation related works. Comply with local Revenue and Taxation requirements as well as IRS. Report to the administration in a regular basis. |

Must be able to prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Must be able to comply with federal, state and local requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions. Must be able to maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Must have a broad knowledge in Peach Tree Accounting Software Must possess with a strong verbal and communication skills Must have a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree With at least 5+ years work experience as an Accountant preferably in a school (college) setting. Must be willing to adhere to the rules and regulations as well as policies of the company. Must be a team worker, and can work under pressure, and meet deadlines. |
