| Job Duties: | •Reporting to the CEO of the Saipan office, you will be accountable for generating significant business revenue each year, and meeting agreed sales and business targets as defined by management •Developing new business via developing sales and marketing channels with Marketing Agents in China •Working with other internal departments to develop appropriate solutions in order to maximize business success •Planning, preparing, and executing high impact meetings with client prospects and potential partners •Helping with the preparation and translation of our marketing collaterals in to Chinese •Maximizing revenue growth with existing accounts and our partner base •Representing Bridge Immigration at industry events and conferences |

| Qualification Requirements: | •You are energetic, self-motivated, outgoing, hands-on and willing to take the initiative, with very strong negotiation skills •You are able to self-manage and are goal and results driven •Your interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills are excellent •You demonstrate passion, persistence, creativity and a determination to get things done •You have verifiable success in working in the legal, financial services, real estate or ‘immigrant investor’ industries •Knowledge and experience of the ‘immigrant investor’ market is preferable but not essential •An undergraduate degree in Law, Business, Economics or Marketing is ideal •You must have a willingness to travel •Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint •Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. |
