Job Title: Laundry Runner
Job Duties: Ensure support is provided to the laundry function when required. Complete wash cycles, folding of linen and correct storage. Manage guest requests in line with company brand standards. Provide laundry, pressing, sewing, and other similar services to guests. Collect guest dry cleaning from rooms and follow correct process at all times. Return guest laundry to rooms, maintaining guest room security. Ensure soiled and damaged linen is stored in soiled bags and disposed of correctly. Perform related duties as requested by Supervisor. Adhere to all Company policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: Previous relevant experiences is an advantage, preferably with 5 star hotel. Driver license holder is an advantage. Physical mobility and stamina is an advantage. Able to speak Mandarin, fluency in English, Japanese and/or Korean are highly preferred. Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects on frequent basis without assistance.
